What peel can I get when I have an allergy to salicylic acid?

I have never had a peel and would like to get one to help decrease my poor size and get rid of brown spots and wrinkles. I break out in a rash when I use facial cleansers that have salycytic acid in them. What would be a good peel for me?

There are many different types of chemical peels that would not use salicylic acid.  There are also lasers that can be used to help with pore size, brown spots and wrinkles.  You would need to be evaluated in person to determine the best course of treatment for your skin.

wanted to improve pores, brown spots and wrinkles laser treatments would be
your best choice. Which laser to be used is dependent on the severity of these
issues and your skin type.  Laser
treatments for these concerns give best improvement when done in a series and
coupled with the correct skincare to enhance and maintain the benefits of the
laser treatments. If you wanted to start with a peel there are other options
like Glycolic or TCA peels, whichever treatment you choose it is best to consult
with a Board Certified Dermatologist to see which procedure best for you.
