I was turned down by 2 surgeons for buccal fat removal would PDO threads help contour my chubby cheeks?? What advice can I be given? Anything is helpful! Thank you!!

It is very hard to decide about nature of this "deformity" without in person evaluation. It may be a part of tread that did not absorb or scar around it? Most likely direct incision (2-3 mm) will help to identify and treat problem. Small scar in that area is not going to be visible once it...
