Thank you for your question – I would have to say that my first thought is I cannot think of a single scenario where a PDO thread in the nose is a good idea. Although this isn’t surgery, thread placement is not completely benign and is invasive in the sense that it is placing a foreign material into your nose. The only thing that might be able to do is to provide you some increased rotation of the nose and this can be short-lived as the thread it’s going to dissolve and go away. A thread will do nothing for a long-term result nor will it help with adjustment of your tip cartilages or size or symmetry. My recommendation would be to have an in person consultation with an actual board-certified rhinoplastic surgeon. Surgery may be more invasive but it is likely to give you the long term, comprehensive, and safer results you are looking for that are also less expensive in the long run.
Firstly thanks for posting your photos and your unrealistic dream photo. But seriously do you really think a thread can change your boxy tip? You need in person or virtual consults with.... Fees for full rhinoplasty $8,000-$20,000.
This is a dam if you do question. So after IVF procedure you have a threading under local anesthesia and you lose the IVF. Where is the blame? Best to avoid any type of elective surgeries while under going IVF, in my opinion.
Using a combination of Facials often improves balance and harmony. Best to have a consultation with and experienced individual for an evaluation and treatment plan. In addition to fillers there are other options which include the Endolift laser which tightens skin and stimulates your collagen.
