I have very noticeable blue veins under each eye that started to be visible when I was like 25, and now I'm 36 and makeup is no longer enough to cover them up. Which is the best/safest method of treating these cosmetically? I've had sclerotherapy on my legs, which worked great, but I've heard it's riskier to do that procedure on the face, because of the risk of scarring. I've heard that laser treatment is safe but rarely effective. (I tried to have spider veins lasered off, with zero result.)

The posted pictures look like spider veins and sclerotherapy would be the treatment of choice. If the veins are too small to accommodate a 33 gauge needle then topical laser could be tried but laser does not always work well on leg spider veins.
