Is Sclerotherapy the best way to treat periorbital veins? (photos)

realselfmember85
I have very noticeable blue veins under each eye that started to be visible when I was like 25, and now I'm 36 and makeup is no longer enough to cover them up. Which is the best/safest method of treating these cosmetically? I've had sclerotherapy on my legs, which worked great, but I've heard it's riskier to do that procedure on the face, because of the risk of scarring. I've heard that laser treatment is safe but rarely effective. (I tried to have spider veins lasered off, with zero result.)
