What are treatment options for these raised, bumpy acne scars? (Photos)

I had some acne scars that popped, scabbed, and left these noticeable raised bumps on my nose. Is there any way to get rid of these? If I was planning to get a rhinoplasty in the future, would it be possible to remove these scars during the rhinoplasty procedure?

From the photos provided, the acne scars on the nose are papular acne scars--essentially  hypertrophic acne scars that typically affect the nose and chin regions (although other areas can be affected, as well). 
These can be treated in three ways: 1) Scalpel Sculpting, to literally "sculpt" them off flush with the surface of the nose; 2) intralesional injections of an ant-inflammatory agent; 3) low intensity electrocautery. I typically perform a test of each treatment modality on one scar and all the remainder will be treated with whichever method proves best for that individual.
