Scar on forehead - what is a more permanent solution then Botox? (Photos)

Have a scar on my forehead. I got it about 18 years ago and have been getting Botox in it for years to help flatten it. Can feel an indent where it is. Hoping the muscle isn’t split and wondering what a more permanent solution would be?
