Would filler in the under eyes help improve the appearance of wrinkles?? (photos)

Hello, I keep spending money and I don’t have the results I’m looking for. My under eyes bother me so much. I want to avoid surgery and laser treatments. I have Botox and fillers to the cheeks. I’m worried about under eye filler. Will it help? I had Botox on the crows and I feel like I am worse.

The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. Plasma pen is a newer less invasive option but will take many treatments and require proper skincare. Plasma Pen is focused electrical plasma energy to tighten skin, producing small columns of energy just above the skin, allowing the skin to tighten to help improve wrinkles. This area will have 3-5 days of small “dots” that will then scab and peel, then the skin will tighter and brighter after. Numerous treatments are needed over lasers where only one or two give a bigger result, but more downtime. After plasma pen you NEED peels 2 weeks like later Cosmelan, enlighten or aerify, see emeragecosmetics (link). At home derma rolling should be started weekly even after plasma pen or lasers to further increase collagen, see emeragecosmetics AERIFY x anteagemd stem cell ampules. To properly heal you need light Stim red LED, EmerageSkin refit face, refit eye; AnteageMD serum, silagen silicone gel, jan Marini bioshield, EmerageSkin enzymatic polish, and EmerageSkin hyla b and AOX, and Sente dermal repair. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. Thank you for submitting your question and photos. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers can be administered around the eye to restore lost volume and improve the appearance of hollows. Injectable treatments near the eye require a great deal of skill and precision to achieve the best possible results, so the use of a micro-cannula to inject this area is recommended to minimize bruising and swelling and ensure the smoothest outcome. To treat wrinkles, you may consider combining your filler treatment with an RF microneedling procedure. RF microneedling uses radiofrequency technology to increase the body’s collagen production, tighten and contour sagging skin, and smooth wrinkles. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector. They will be able to review your injection history and determine the best course of action to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

At least from the photos provided, there appears to be a significant amount of volume deficit in the upper cheek region, and since this is such an important support for the infraorbital region, it is not surprising that tear troughs are present, particularly under the right eye.  This suggests that perhaps not enough of and/or an insufficient amount of a robust HA filler was used in to perform the cheek augmentation or that it perhaps was not injected properly in the necessary location resulting in the disappointing results. You would be wise to make sure to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector before throwing out the baby with the bathwater or defaulting to expensive and invasive surgery with its attendant post-treatment downtime and Botox would not be appropriate in this location to address the concerns here. Hi there,I would recommend treating the skin first and primarily with either a resurfacing Co2 laser, a skin tightening laser or microneedling. You could then use PRP or exosomes to enhance collagen production. Fillers should not be used around the eye area, especially in individuals like yourself, who have extremely thin skin in that area. The safest, most natural and reproducible results can be achieved with the use of your own fat, taken from the area somewhere else on your body. I have been performing fat grafting since 1993 with a great deal of success and permanent, as well as natural looking results. The same process a fat grafting can be used in the face making it look easily, 15 to 20 years younger without any incisions are the complications of other facial rejuvenation procedures.
