What are my options to improve wrinkle by ear?

So I've noticed this wrinkle / crease by my ear on both sides, I went to the injector that I've had my lips filled by in the past and she suggested putting filler there as well as 3 PDO threads to help fill in the crease and produce collagen. It's been 4 days since procedure and honestly the crease is worse than before. I don't think the filler was the best idea. What are other procedures I could do to fix this crease? Thank you! Everyone, as they age and lose facial volume, develops a wrinkle in front of the ear. 99% of all plastic surgeons would probably tell you to do nothing unless you’re unhappy with the way your face looks. And if your face needs to be rejuvenated, a little bit of fat transfer would fix the face as well as the wrinkle. Injectors, on the other hand will push injections and thread which do absolutely nothing, and can cause more trauma than anything else.
