Will eyelashes grow longer after we cut them?

i heard that eyelashes grows longer after cutting it but after looking it up i saw comment that said it doesn't so i don't know what to believe it. I have short eyelashes and want long ones with out using chemicals.

I understand you do not wish to use chemicals to aid in growing your lashes, however Latisse is the #1 product and only FDA approved medicine that CAN get you longer, thicker, fuller lashes in only 4-16 weeks. No, cutting has no big effect on the maximum length your eyelashes will achieve. The length of your lashes is gentically determined. You can exceed this of course wifh medical treatments including bimatoprost.
