I have accidentally burnt my eyelashes, the top of lash of one eye. I'm scared they won't grow back.

The answer is maybe. It all comes down to how much of the hair was injured. If the hair and upper layer of the skin was burned- the hair will grow back.If the lower part of the hair was burned, the result is that the stem cells of the hair follicle get destroyed.
