The answer is maybe. It all comes down to how much of the hair was injured. If the hair and upper layer of the skin was burned- the hair will grow back.If the lower part of the hair was burned, the result is that the stem cells of the hair follicle get destroyed. Hair re-growth does not occur.If you are worried, please see a physician for careful review.
