Can Dermapen be used directly under the eye for wrinkles? Or if the tissue directly under the eye too thin and delicate to run the Dermapen over it? Thanks

microneedling pens can be used directly under the eyes, if the person doing the
procedure is well skilled and well versed in the proper use of the pen. These
pens have different needle lengths, and the shorter ones can do great things
under the eyes, providing the provider is skilled.

Medical micro-needling
is an excellent treatment for under eye wrinkles. It needs to be done using short needle lengths and by an experienced provider. I
have also found micro-needling under the eyes to be much more effective when combined with the
application of human growth factor serums at the time of the treatment.
In my office, we use the ProCell Therapies
system which combines motorized micro-needling with concentrated growth factor
serums made from human bone marrow stem cells. This serum is much better than PRP and the smaller-sized treatment tips are perfect for the under eye areas. Our patients also maintain their improvement by using growth factor
serums at home after their office treatment.
