I’ve had these bumps on my chin for 6 yrs. My derm said they are trapped pimples, recommended retinol & doxycycline, no results. Injected with steroid 2-3 times, cauterized, no results. I tried Microneedling, fotofacial, no results. A plastic surgeon suggested co2 laser but it’s expensive and I’m worried I won’t have results or will get worse. I was thinking a deep chemical peel would work? Would co2 or a chemical peel work, or another method? If so what type of co2 laser or what strength peel?
