Is it safe to travel after the dental implants 1 week ago? (Photos)

I had 2 dental implants, bone grafting, extraction of one tooth, membrane insert everything 7 days ago. Currently no pain. Stiches were redone after 5 days due to food intake. I need to go back home in Canada. Is it safe to travel now. And is my tooth are healing.
