My nose is long and bent towards the right side. What can I do? (Photo)

Dear Doctor Hello Aslam Alaicum I am 32 year old man, my nose is long and bend towards right side and it is wide from inside from right side and close from left side, in cold days I face huge problem I can not sleep, I can not talk, please tell me what can I do and also give some first aid.
