Based from your photos, you have a significant deviation of the bridge and tip, with a significcant hump, which is most likely associated with nasal septum deviation which causes nasal obstruction. This can further be aggravated by congestion of the turbinate. 



A permanent solution will be SeptoRhinoplasty with turbinoplasty to address both your functional and aesthetic concerns, but if you are only concerned about the functional aspect, oral decongestants will help.
