I believe extractions should be out of consideration, dropping the plan if extractions are compulsory. What about IPR's implications? Is it possible that the gaps created may never be closed, hence ruining the smile/teeth? Lower jaw crowding seems worse - will IPR be needed in both the jaws, or just lower? Is there a less invasive procedure other than IPR or extractions, even if the result is less than 100%? No other issues, except that I need scaling/polishing. Also happy with the "bite".

If a tooth becomes sensitive after Invisalign attachment removal, there is a possibility that the dentin portion of the tooth may have become exposed. Also, the rebonding of a new attachment with the etching gel (which roughens the enamel tomake the attachment composite resin adhere properly)...
There is no danger at all to the crowns. They move just like regular teeth. As a top 1% myself, I would say changing every week is fine so long as you only have them out to eat and brush. 22 hours a day without fail. If you can't do that then plan on two weeks per tray.
