Hey I want to ask about hair loss I'm facing my hair are shedding like hell its like a whole bunch come in my hand while I comb shampoo or anything I don't get if its telogen effluvium or anagen cuz I'm loosing my baby hair along with it plus I've a fungal infection on my scalp for like 3 years dandruff comes and goes I took ketoconazole topical for it but then I got it back ive very itchy and flaky scalp,all my hair have white bulb thing but they feel dead ..kindly tell me the best treatment???

PPD or Paraphenylenediamine is the main allergen in hair dye. In addition to skin rashes, hair loss can occur. You need to see an allergist or dermatologist to have an appropriate allergy patch test done, along with additional testing.
