Acne coming back after accutane. What should I do?

I used accutane for 4 months ,40 mg daily and my weight is 50kg. Long story short, it really worked for me and I got rid if acne. But after 1 year it is coming back on my face chest and back. What should I do now? and don't you think its coming back pretty soon?

Accutane is not a
100% cure for acne – it works in almost everyone and in some, a second, and at
times, a third course of the medicine is needed.  As well, sometimes, if you have another
flare, some of the other medicines, or lasers or light sources can work here
before considering whether a second course of Accutane is needed.  Consult with a board certified dermatologist
and see what your options are and what the next best steps are for you.

No this would be normal as you didn't get a proper dosage for a long-term cure. You need to get 8000-16000mg total into your system in one regimen for a long-term cure. Taking 40mg for 4 months gave you less than 5000mg total. Which is not enough for a long-term cure and acne was bound to return at some point.
