Acne coming back after accutane. What should I do?

I used accutane for 4 months ,40 mg daily and my weight is 50kg. Long story short, it really worked for me and I got rid if acne. But after 1 year it is coming back on my face chest and back. What should I do now? and don't you think its coming back pretty soon?

Thanks for your question and I also do not know why the dose was lowered, as the optimal treatment course is still 1 mg/kg/day for 20 weeks. Even if you are clear in that last month, there is no medical rational that I am aware of that would cause one to lower your dose until you are finished...
