I'm ten weeks post op after no drain tummy tuck. A couple of days ago I felt like I strained something on one side next to my belly button. It hurts in certain positions like if I lean forward or strain. Could I have done some damage and is it not to experience pain and swelling this far into recovery? Thanks

There is no fixed waiting time I would request you to wait till you feel better and comfortable to undergo a second procedure which is much more extensive then an endoscopy. A week or two may be good enough.
Permanant sutures offer the advantage that they do not dissolve and so offer continued support. However, as they don not dissolve, the sutures can push themselves through the skin. See your surgeon and she/he can best advise you.
