Hyperdiluted Radiesse is an approved Biostimulator that could be placed just before a SylfirmX treatment to enhance results when needed. The maximum depths and heat generated with the SylfirmX will never reach or disrupt the Calcium Hydroxyapatite and will enhance results as well. In the last AMWC Miami, this approach was presented by recognized Doctors and Nurses on the field, as well on the last XClass symposium where the same treatment was introduced. What added benefits could we expect with such approach? 1) The numbing effect that the Hyper diluted Radiesse provides to the tissues makes the SylfirmX procedure more comfortable.2) The hydration generated by the saline on the dispersion will enhance the radiofrequency effect on tissues since it depends on the friction of water particles inside cells or tissues to provoke the thermal response. Sometimes we even have to previously hydrate some patients with very thin and creepy skin to get better results, and this will do it.3) Both procedures are part of regenerative medicine in aesthetic and will provide stronger results in terms of collagen and elastin production, meaning thicker and tightened tissues. If you, or your Provider, are still hesitant about doing them on the same session. You can space them 2-4 weeks in between.
Couple of types of conflicts to worry about here.Increased Inflammation: Both RF microneedling and Radiesse stimulate the skin and can cause temporary inflammation. If performed too close together, combining these treatments could lead to excessive inflammation, prolonging recovery and potentially compromising the results.2. Disruption of Radiesse Placement: Radiesse injected as a hyperdilute solution, should spread evenly and stimulate collagen over time. RF microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin that reach into the deeper dermal layers, and the heat from RF energy may affect the distribution or integrity of Radiesse if done too soon after injection. Performing RF microneedling before Radiesse has fully integrated could disrupt the filler placement.Personally, I would recommend getting Radiesse after the Syfirm X treatment if you want to get them done in short order.Otherwise, while 2 weeks should be ok, 4 weeks might be better. You should consult your physician during your follow-up who look at the filler placement, bruising, etc before recommending whether to wait longer.
