I was considering to do tear through filler but I got a bit scared cuz most of the reviews I read about it it says it migrate or the outcome isn’t good, but some people had excellent results also so I am confused. Would I be a good candidate to get this kind of fillers?

Answer: Under eye filler Hi there, You definitely are a candidate. Make sure you have a consultation with an expert injector. You should have great results as long as you go to the right physician. Best of luck!

Answer: Tear Trough Filler From your pictures, you appear to be an excellent candidate. The reason for all the confusion is that a huge majority of injectors doing the tear trough area are not experts who use the wrong filler injected into the wrong place. Unfortunately, the technique they use keeps getting perpetuated by those taught by the original injectors who haven't changed to the more current methodology which is completely different. Filling of this area should be done with a heavy filler like Juvederm Voluma placed deep on the bone or muscle below the orbital ligament. Most injectors use a light filler like Restyalne, Belatero Balance, Juvederm Volbella, etc. placed superficially above the ligament where it can "appear" to migrate and clog the lymphatics and cause swelling. Be very careful who you see for this.
