I just turned 35 and in the past year I've noticed more signs of aging on my face then my entire life. I've been getting Botox for 12 years so my upper face is great but my lower face suddenly is going to crap. I have permanent bags under my eyes that run in my family but they got so much worse within the last year. And my nasolabial folds are suddenly stuck in place and sagging. What is the solution for these things and can they be corrected? I went from 34 to 50 years old in one year. Help!
Answer: How to refresh your appearance: Know your treatment options Hello, and thank you for providing photos along with your question. Based on these images, you do appear to have hollowing or darkening under the eyes, making you an ideal candidate for tear trough filler. By injecting small amounts of filler around the tear trough, the skin will become plump and supple, lifting the skin and smoothing out the visible groove in the skin. Dermal fillers can also address your nasolabial folds by restoring volume and giving the skin a plump and lifted appearance. To learn more about how you can benefit from dermal fillers, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with extensive experience with injectables. Your surgeon can assess your skin quality, customize the best treatment plan, and ensure the best possible results.

Answer: Facial Rejuvenation -- PRP/Microneedling, Lasers, Sculptra, Thermage, Ultherapy, Botox, See an expert I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments. 1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP 2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors 3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year 4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill 5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting 6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Considering options Thank you for your photos and questions. For the under eye area you can consider fillers. You will want to address the cheek area as well for a smooth transition between the under eye and cheek. You could also consider lower blepharoplasty for a more permanent solution. Fillers will work great to soften the look of the nasolabial folds. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Liquid Filler Facelifts Can Nonsurgically Improve Infraorbital Bags, Hollows, & Tear Troughs Appropriate volume in the cheeks play a central role in overall facial contour and facial aging. Sufficient volume in this critical area supports the under eye areas, and consequently when there is loss of volume, which seems to be the case here, the lack of volume contributes to the development of tear troughs, bags and under eye hollows. Likewise, since the cheeks provide lift to the lower portions of the face, loss of volume in the cheeks with the passage of time typically leads to the development of not only deepening smile lines, also evident in the photos. So, the short answer to your question is that treating the cheeks with an appropriately robust HA filler will not only restore a more a more oval, heart-shaped face and improve the under eye region, but most likely will also significantly improve the nasolabial fold--all nonsurgically, all in a matter of about fifteen minutes, and with results that characteristically elicit an immediate "Wow!" reaction and engender little to no significant downtime. Just make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist before jumping into invasive, expensive surgery. Hope this helps, and best of luck.

Answer: Lower blepharoplasty for under eye bags I believe you can benefit from scarless lower blepharoplasty but best to have more detailed evaluation in consultation to determine. Technique is very critical. See an expert.
