I have pacemaker 2013 & would like to use a cavitation machine. Is that an option?

I have had my second pacemaker implanted since 2013 I have had a bbl lipo reduction tummy tuck and lost over 180 pounds. I have metronics pacemaker

You will see no meaningful tightening with any type of 'skin tightening modality' like RF, ultrasound, or lasers. You will likely need a skin excising surgery. My comments are based on assumption, but a full examination would confirm.

Yes, you may be a candidate for UAL of the abdomen & legs despite having had your lumbar fused at several levels, as long as proper positioning during the procedure will not compromise either you or the performance of the procedure. The areas in question require supine position on the operating...

Smooth results from liposuction is based on your surgeon’s training, skill, and experience. No machine can replace that. ‘Fat cavitation’ isn’t necessary if liposuction is performed. RF has no ability to meaningfully tighten skin. Go on more consults.

Ultrasonic cavitation which is similar to vaser does absolutely nothing to fibrous tissue. Power assisted liposuction which is like a jack hammer on fibrous tissue is the only thing that works on buffalo humps.  It does great and cost is roughly $5000 for quality work.
