Is Lipo Cavitation/RF safe for post VSG patients?

I am a VSG patient about 4 years out. I am 24 years old. My surgeon is now retired and I don’t know who to ask. Most of my skin has sprung back into place but my arms are the only place that hasn’t. The saggy skin isn’t major and I was just looking for some tightening of the area. I am looking into lipo cavitation/RF and was wondering if it would be safe to undergo?

You will see no meaningful  tightening with any type of 'skin tightening modality' like RF, ultrasound, or lasers. You will likely need a skin excising surgery. My comments are based on assumption, but a full examination would confirm.
