Am I a candidate for ultrasound cavitation and radio frequency treatments?

Hi, I really wanted to get 40K Cavitation for myself, to assist in losing my stubborn lower belly fat. The thing is, I have a copper IUD in my uterus (Paragard). I read that with certain implants you are unable to do the treatments... is this true? Also, I wanted to have radio frequency facial for skin tightening on my face. I have had a bone graft dental procedure & I believe that there were two metal screws put into my gums, will it be safe? Aside from that I am perfectly healthy.

It's not your fault, years of company's and plastic surgeon's ads have suggested that the machine is important (whatever that machine is, Vaser, laser, radiofrequency, etc.), and that it is inherently better than liposuction alone, or that it tightens skin. 1. It's not the machine you pick that will make the difference and give you a great result, it's the surgeon. 2. There is nothing that meaningfully tightens the skin of the abdomen better than liposuction other than a tummy tuck. Period. Don't be fooled.
