Hi, I really wanted to get 40K Cavitation for myself, to assist in losing my stubborn lower belly fat. The thing is, I have a copper IUD in my uterus (Paragard). I read that with certain implants you are unable to do the treatments... is this true? Also, I wanted to have radio frequency facial for skin tightening on my face. I have had a bone graft dental procedure & I believe that there were two metal screws put into my gums, will it be safe? Aside from that I am perfectly healthy.

You do not necessarily have to follow a strict liquid diet for ultrasonic cavitation treatment (Cavi-Lipo). You just have to increase hydration, maintain at least three times a week workout, cut down carbs, fat, caffeine and smoking and you should get some good results with a healthy lifestyle.
Ultrasonic cavitation which is similar to vaser does absolutely nothing to fibrous tissue. Power assisted liposuction which is like a jack hammer on fibrous tissue is the only thing that works on buffalo humps. It does great and cost is roughly $5000 for quality work.
While this procedure isn't textbook "reversible" there are options available that can provide you with great results. Some options include a fat transfer or Sculptra injections. I suggest waiting a minimum of 3 months post op and including lymphatic massages as a part of your post op care...
