Permanent Discoloration Hemosiderin. I am trying to find any kind of procedure and or cream to get rid of this. Advice? (photos)

First pic is day after botox. She hit a blood vessel which caused a deep bruise. The second picture is Four months later and two attempts with a laser to lighten- but still stained. I am trying to find any kind of procedure and or cream to get rid of this or wonder if it’s just permanent.
