At least from the one photo provided, it would appear that a volumizing filler, such as Voluma XC, placed in the upper, outer cheeks can help to restore projection and create a more feminine, heart-shaped face.  It would also likely improve the under eye area and diminished the hollowing seen there. If necesary, a filler such as Belotero Balance can be used to further directly improve the infraorbital region. Likewise, a robust filler, such as Restylane Lift in the chin and within the mental crease (the cleft above the chin and below the lower lip) can harmonize nose, lip, and chin projections in profile.  All of the foregoing, in the hands of an experienced injector, should take about 30 minutes and yield immediate results that typically engender an immediate "Wow!" reaction. You  can undergo a facelift procedure if you are considering surgical one or if you want to go for nonsurgical ne then you can go for thread lifts along with tear trough fillers & you can also consider lip fillers. Lastly, you can do skin surfacing with carbon dioxide laser.
