Your last answer to my question explained everything, and you described the left bone breaking just the same way my surgeon did. You asked me to post better pictures so I'll do that. I really appreciate your opinion. Will spreader grafts make my nose wider? Is having the bridge I once had with good contour and even nasal bones back achievable or should I expect less? By lateral and oblique views did you mean x-rays? I've attached better quality pictures.
