Is PicoSure safe for rosacea and if so, how many treatments would I need and on what settings? (photos)

Thanks for your question and posting pictures.  You need a device that treats vascular issues.  PicoSure 755nm is excellent for treat brown pigment, fine line & wrinkles, acne scar...BTW:  Don't ask for settings!  Every device fires differently.  A well trained technician adjusts settings based on your exact situation, your sun exposure, how your skin responds...  There are no settings set in stone.  We have a starting protocol and then adjust up or down as needed.I hope this helps.
