Long-lasting (7 months!) grid marks from Morpheus8 - advice? (photos)

Hi, I had three (3) rounds of Morpheus last fall with the last session December 19th, 2022. To this day, my skin is still damaged with long-lasting grid marks all over my face. The first two (2) sessions were uneventful, but the third once caused all the damage. The provider has tried to rectify with various treatments, all to no avail. I contacted InMode who told me it was either the providers fault or mine. They took no responsibility for the damage their tool has caused. Beware!
