Age 35, why is my face sagging more after Morpheus8 6 months ago? (Photos)

Heya I recently had Morpheus8 in January and I’m mortified that my face is sagging even more. I’ve tried to have chin filler to correct it but I just look awful. Can anyone recommend what to do? I was told the setting she used didn’t melt fat. Please recommend what I can do to fix this. I’m 35 I’ve also had profilo 2 x a year and use alumier skin care. Skin has changed rapidly in 6 months.
