How long after having permanent eyeliner professionally tattooed can I have eyelash extensions put back on?

I had permanent eyeliner done and had my eyelash extensions removed that I have been getting done for a year. That was last Thursday and it was fine. On Friday my eyes felt itchy and by Saturday they were burning and itching and she told me to rush over so she can remove them. She thinks it could be because of the eyeliner but she told me she was using a new glue so I thought maybe I am allergic to it but it is for sensitive eyes so she doesn’t think so. Are either of these possible reasons?
