Does doing PRP result in a better final result after a hair transplant (FUE). Any contraindications (e.g. when one should start doing it after a transplant, amount etc).

PRP therapy is a hair loss treatment, which involves drawing patient’s own blood, by processing it so that only the enriched cells (platelet-rich plasma) remain. The blood then is injected into the scalp. PRP contains essential proteins that stimulate natural hair growth. We suggest PRP treatment to our patients in the first year three times.

It is recommended to have 3 PRP sessions in 6 months after having the procedure as it helps with your progress. One is not enough.
