Would PicoWay be the best laser to fix my concerns? (photos)

I have two dark lines from both corners of my mouth down to my chin. I went to my derm and they prescribed me a hydroquinone 12% spot cream which I've been using consistently for two months now with no results. I also wear sunscreen every day, so no clue as to why it isn't working. Would PicoWay be the best laser to address my concerns or should I look for a different laser treatment?

Yes there is chance of hair loss but not permanent. you need to start latisse and roller use daily on the brows and proper post tattoo removal skincare to prevent any issues, PRP injections should be done as well (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.
