I am currently looking into jaw surgery and was wondering if I would be a good candidate. I have noticed my jaw has a lot of lateral growth, making my face quite long with almost no forward projection (The little forward projection I do have is from a chin implant). In terms of function, my bite actually seems okay, but I do have TMJ issues.
