Do I have a recessed maxilla? What are my options to correct this? (photos)

I am 18 years old currently and I have been told by multiple people that my maxilia is recessed after seeing if I had high cheekbones (since it was hard to tell due to how flat they are). After looking at some comparisons on the internet, I noticed that I did have that flat type of face look. Anyways, I was just wondering if there is anything I can do (based off the photos I sent)

Have you had any professional advice before? Do you have issues with your bite, or do you have breathing problems while sleeping? 
At first glance, custom-fit and custom-designed implants would add the volume you see missing in your cheek area (ogee curve). Volume in the mid-face would "push" the mid-face forward and add balance to the face overall.
You are 18 years old, and as you age, the effect you see now will be more apparent. Nonetheless, a more thorough study of your face and possible symptoms needs to be performed to provide you with an accurate solution.
