Grid marks & redness 9 weeks later, would VI Peel help or do more damage? (Photo)

I got a Morpheus8 treatment on my chest almost 9 weeks ago. I still have grid mark bumps that are like chicken skin and redness. It has gotten better but still there. After seeing a recommendation, I'm thinking of getting a VI peel, will that help or do more damage? I asked the girl at the clinic if it was safe who does the peels And she said yes. But I have not reached out to the clinic that performed the treatment. I don't think she was as experienced as I believed.

VI Peels are considered medium depth peels and provide great results when done correctly. However, it is not recommended to receive any type of chemical peel while nursing or pregnant. It is better to wait until you are no longer breastfeeding.
