Wanting my flare teeth fixed what options are available to me: Canine substitution and porcelain veneers? (Photos)

Hi, I was born with two peg teeth but I lost one due to an infection. I’ve been in braces for almost 6 years now. My first orthodontist didn’t know what he was doing and caused my front teeth to be flared out. Which I hate! One of my front teeth is higher than the other and there is a gap. My second orthodontist was abusive towards me. I can’t get implants due to my health condition and there’s no space for them.
