My bones have gotten weak from my two front teeth after having braces. Will Veeners help the problem?

I got a deep clean. Laser treatment as well. I was told due to orthodontic treatment my bones have weakened in my 2 front teeth, and need to see a gum specialist. Chemotherapy also stained my 2 front teeth. And medicine I'm drinking at the moment for Seizures could be a side affect and give me gum disease.
