My right butt cheek is bigger than the other. Any suggestions? (photos)

Question

My right buttcheek is bigger than the other and the bigger one hangs lower. My right leg is thicker than the other. My right leg is one inch shorter than my left. I'm so deprest. I'm half perfect and the other half well .... Its noticeable. What can be done that's safe. I can't afford surgery. I work part time on $9.00 hr. Its taken a toll on my self esteem. I'm crying out here.

It may surprise you but no-one is perfect.  i'm sure the most beautiful woman in the world secretly worries about something like cellulite; i know because i've had supermodels in my office who are convinced they can't get a date because they have an invisible wrinkle around their mouth!  Conversely, i've had women in my office who i've done seventeen procedures on to try and correct their cleft lip and they're never going to be a beauty yet they have just divorced their husband and have five guys lined up wanting to marry them!  Why?  Because they have something undefinably attractive about them!  So your life is not perfect because your body isn't perfect?  Well, what a stupid goal!  Your body is eventually going to get old, wrinkled and die so why not figure out what can make you happy that might have lasting consequences?  i have patients who have an amputation of their leg to survive cancer so start appreciating that even your imperfect legs are healthy and able to do what you need.  You want to be attractive, you want to attract a mate, you want to have a family, you want to see the world, you want to have a meaningful career?  These are things that are way more important than your lower body symmetry, cupcake.  i sympathize, i've got stuff i want to have better but frankly, i think your butt is cute!  i'll trade you yours for mine!

Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.
Looks like you could be a good candidate for fat transfer, to fix your problem and improve your buttocks, and I think you'll get very good results. 
The average cost varies a lot depending the clinic, the plastic surgeon and the amount of transferred fat. l recommend you to make an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a proper answer and to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

I'm not sure if this will make you feel any better but I hope it will.Everyone is asymmetrical. I mean every single person.Our bodies are inherently asymmetrical.The heart is on the left. There are three lung lobes on the right and two on the left.Most women's(and men's) left breast sit higher than the right.Most peoples left eyebrow sits higher than the right.everyone has one side of their face the substantially larger than the other side.almost everyone has one thigh that's larger than the other.Whila leg length is usually relatively more even and yours may be more asymmetrical than most I don't think your figure is that much of a problem.If the inherent problem is a discrepancy in leg length then either liposuction or fat transfer will not correct the problem.While there are formal leg lengthening procedures these are quite involved and uncommon.The majority of people with significant leg length discrepancy will use orthotics or custom shoes with implants.my best guess says you are very sensitive to this and much more aware of it than anybody else.The truth is most other people don't care too much about these things.I am by no means minimizing what bothers you.I would continue taking good care of yourself stay fit exercise and be happy.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
