I’m a 25 y/o F. My biggest concern is my facial asymmetry, which I inherited genetically and which has gotten worse over the past 5 years. The whole left side is asymmetrical, causing some heavier shadows and rather uneven lips. Would some combination of a thread lift (for general asymmetry on left side), lip lift (to correct uneven lips), and buccal fat removal (to address volume around mouth) help? What might you recommend? I don’t love the idea of filler; I’d prefer a semi-permanent solution.

Botox and fillers can be used to even out your face. You may ask for botox, fillers, and PDO thread lift. A combination of all may be attempted to contour your facial features. Please contact a qualified provider with extensive experience in these procedures.
