I have 375cc Saline implants under muscle. Why do they look so much smaller then I expected? My Breast width was 13 5'5"(photo)

It is much too early to know what your augmented breasts will look like. The healing process is very dynamic and you will notice changes/improvements each day...week...month that goes by. Be patient and time will tell. Have open honest discussions with your PS. Working together I hope you will have the desired look you so want. Good luck and be well.

I think that it is too early to tell. Make sure that you massage your breasts regularly and let the swelling go down over time. If after 3-4 months you dont think that you got the size you wanted, the implants can be exchanged for a larger size.

Thank you for your question and photos.  Given that you are very “fresh” out of surgery,  it is quite likely that you are experiencing significant “emotional ups and downs” unnecessarily. In other words, it is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed; your breasts will undoubtedly change over the course of the next several weeks/months.   Many of my patients report that as the swelling around the breast implants (for example, in the sternal area) decreases, they feel that their breasts appear more projecting.  Also, in my opinion, the "drop and fluff” phenomenon does hold some validity; as breast implants “settle”, many patients feel that their breasts actually look larger. Although online consultants cannot predict whether or not you will be pleased with the long-term outlook, of the procedure performed, it is safe to predict that the breasts will change.   Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with longer-term.
