I have 375cc Saline implants under muscle. Why do they look so much smaller then I expected? My Breast width was 13 5'5"(photo)

Now I'm thinking i should of got moderate plus? Or 425cc? My PS says 375cc was the biggest i could go with moderate but i could get more cc with HP? I didn't want fake too huge. I thought 375cc would be plenty big enough:( will they appear larger after a little more healing? Thank you!

Thank you for your question and photos.  Given that you are very “fresh” out of surgery,  it is quite likely that you are experiencing significant “emotional ups and downs” unnecessarily. In other words, it is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed; your breasts will undoubtedly change over the course of the next several weeks/months.   Many of my patients report that as the swelling around the breast implants (for example, in the sternal area) decreases, they feel that their breasts appear more projecting.  Also, in my opinion, the "drop and fluff” phenomenon does hold some validity; as breast implants “settle”, many patients feel that their breasts actually look larger. Although online consultants cannot predict whether or not you will be pleased with the long-term outlook, of the procedure performed, it is safe to predict that the breasts will change.   Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with longer-term.

It is much too early to know what your augmented breasts will look like. The healing process is very dynamic and you will notice changes/improvements each day...week...month that goes by. I think that it is too early to tell. Make sure that you massage your breasts regularly and let the swelling go down over time. If after 3-4 months you dont think that you got the size you wanted, the implants can be exchanged for a larger size.
