I am sure that you will be able to find a number of surgeons in Utah that do a lot fat transfer procedures. Finding the right Dr. is extremely challenging especially with the number of online platforms and resources available. There a lot of great Dr's available. Make sure he/she is a board-certified plastic surgeon. Definitely check to make sure your choice specializes in the procedure you want and spend the time to read through patient testimonials. There is a number of different sites where you can check for reviews (Realself, yelp, google, etc.).You can always pick up the phone and call around also, find an office you feel comfortable with and set up a few consultations.

Fat transfers are common all over the US, and so I am sure, also in Utah. I would suggest going in for a consultation if you are interested.

Breast fat transfer is becoming more common and more popular. That said, I will tell you from personal experience that delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfers results is more difficult than most people realize.
The number of providers who truly mastered this procedure and can deliver consistent quality outcomes Are in a small minority.
Talent and skill is distributed based on the total number of plastic surgeons. There are no geographic areas that have better surgeons than others.
I suggest consulting with plastic surgeons in your community with those who seem to have a proven track record with the procedure.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of finding providers who have ample skill and experience.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients with similar body characteristics to your own period,
And experience provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.
Recognized that early fat transfer results can look very impressive, but do not in any way represent final results.
Always confirm the timeframe of when after pictures were taken in relationship to the date of surgery. After pictures should never be shown less than 3 to 6 months from the date of surgery in order to be representative of final results.
Do not assume that impressive after pictures represent final outcomes. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Breast fat transfer can increase breast size by about 1/2 cup When done by sufficiently experienced providers. This typically represents about 50% breast size increase.
While breast fat transfer can increase breast size, a modest amount. The procedure does not change breast shape in any significant way.
The procedure is subtle and has inherent limitations.
