I had my surgery on January 2nd and I'm just finding 2 crater like holes under my one breast. The bandage tape just came off and makes me think that it's infection. I'm worried sick, this was my first operation and I can't get in to see a doctor due to bad weather conditions. I need to know if this is infection or something worse or normal. Please help.

Please keep the area clean and apply an antibiotic ointment until you can be sen by your surgeon.  The skin around the incision is slightly red but the remaining skin looks normal.

I am presuming from what I see that you have had either a breast lift or breast reduction.  There is certainly some opening (dehiscence) of the incision line, but there does not seem to be any infection.  Keep the areas clean (shower) and dress with an antibacterial ointment and non-stick pads.  See your surgeon as soon as you can.  If this gets no larger it will heal on its own--although it will take a few weeks.
