Male patient 6 months postop from blepharoplasty. Bad result. What is recommended strategy for revision? (photos)

Ask your surgeon for a definitive plan and get a few opinions but in my experience (and I perform Asian eyelid surgery nearly every working day) you'll need a revision incision technique along with anchoring technique.The left eye does appear to have had a pre-existing crease, or at least partial crease.  You'd need to raise the location of the crease created for you and enhance the anchoring at the inner aspect of the lid crease.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist
