I am an Asian male 6 months postop from blepharoplasty. Preop there was no crease and the attempt was to create a medium tapered crease. The attached photos show the problem. What is recommended strategy for revision? Thank you so much.

You might want to ask your surgeon if any work was done on the pretarsal or anterior lamella tissue layers.  Your skin doesn't appear to be the best quality in general and may be prone to some scaring but that area of swelling or "lumps" may be from part of the surgery (surgery that was likely ...

Thank you for asking the question. You already have a slight epicanthic fold. If you want to make it deeper then you may want to undergo an Asian blephroplasty or double-eyelid-surgery. You should contact a Plastic surgeon who has experience in creating such folds.Good luck!Regards, Dr. Amit Gupta
