Best option to make my eyes look symmetrical? (Photo)

I would like my eyes to look symmetrical and awake. My wrinkles show and so do my tear troughs when smiling and drives me nuts! I am smiling less to compensate and it's really affecting me.

Hello! Thank you for your question.For make the eyes more symmetrical, upward and fresh I recommend you endoscopic brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. And then for the under eye area I suggest you fat injection under your eyes. If you can provide photos with from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.

It looks like you have mild orbital asymmetry; your bonny orbits are different in size and sligtly in different position. Very frequent situation. Position of your higher brow can be lowered (Botox) which may create more symmetry. Good luck.
