Are LEDs other than blue and red worth it?

I (20M) have been taking accutane since I suddenly had an acne breakout. I found out about LED face masks and found out that blue light is good for acne while red is good for hyperpigmentation. However, I see that some masks have green, purple, and even all seven colors of the rainbow. Are those other colors actually helpful or are they a gimmick used by mask producers?

There are a TON of LED devices on the market that are a complete waste of time. They have cheap LED chips that degrade quickly, or not enough power even right out of the gate. Many of them don't even produce the wavelengths shown in the studies to be effective- which are 415NM (Blue), 633NM (Red) and 830NM (Near Infrared). The FlexMD by Dermalux is the best home device currently on the market based on my research. For an "in office" regimen consider finding someone who had the TriWave MD, also by Dermalux. They both have the three wavelengths that have been clinically proven to be effective, and the highest quality LED chips that won't degrade.
