Are LEDs other than blue and red worth it?

I (20M) have been taking accutane since I suddenly had an acne breakout. I found out about LED face masks and found out that blue light is good for acne while red is good for hyperpigmentation. However, I see that some masks have green, purple, and even all seven colors of the rainbow. Are those other colors actually helpful or are they a gimmick used by mask producers?

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist. Hypopigmentation can typically be improved with a combination of lasers and microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP). See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I find that fat grafting isn't that predictable on the face ive been doing it for 15 years and less and less do it. if I do it now I do with sculptra, PRP, acell to help it survive and at least 3 days NAD and 7 days hyperbaric after. Red-light helps swelling after the procedure but no effect on...

No red light therapy cannot damage fillers neither does lasers or microneedling RF. Best, Dr. Emer.
