I received Fraxel CO2 laser treatment on my arm back in May for scars on my arms. It is now July and I have since opted out on the additional procedures due to some skin textual changes that I wasn't happy with that hasn't gone away (Tiny dots and little bit of pink) I am scheduled to get a tattoo in August on the same area (3 months after my one and only Fraxel treatment) my question is, is this safe to do so? Will my skin not hold the ink? Will it cause a reaction or additional scarring?
