My ortho left work undone. She took my file wherever she works now. I googled her and there in no trace. Contact numbers she left no longer belong to her now. My teeths are super slanted because she pulled one tooth out and tried closing the gap with rubber bands crossing from one side to another. I was told she should have pulled a tooth from each side to make my bite even. No dentist wants to touch my teeth b/c she left work undone. I always tilt my head in pictures to not see my teeth slanted.

Answer: Invisalign work undone I am so sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately it sounds as if you need to start over. I suggest using a reputable orthodontist and possibly considering braces instead of Invisalign. It will be more cost effective and faster. There will also be more options as far as correcting your bite is concerned. The dental review board of Ontario should have a record of where she is practicing. She may be in a group. Also, you can ask the board for guidance in your situation.

Answer: What to do Hello Salcedo_nancy,I am sorry to hear about your predicament. I would recommend you schedule a consultation with a qualified and certified orthodontist (ask the dental office to refer you or find one online). They can advise you on treatment. Be open to the idea of wearing traditional braces...it sounds like they may be necessary to address your tipped teeth. If you're close to LA, I would recommend you see Dr. Mario Paz. He's excellent.Sincerely,Dr. Vendittelli

Answer: You need to find that orthodontist Hi,If you are mid treatment, the orthodontist has an ethical and legal (depending on area) obligation to continue treatment, if possible. If you cannot find them with Dr Google, perhaps you could find them through the local dental board. All dental practitioners need to be registered to practice dentistry. They will likely have contact details. It may just be an oversight, or there may have been circumstances requiring them to leave, beyond their control. Has the practice they worked at closed? It may be they had a falling out and they could no longer practice there. Obviously all patients should not be inconvenienced, but if they don't have access to your records, they can't contact you either. If you have no luck with the board or the practice, perhaps contact invisalign directly. They may be able to help track them down, or at least get your remaining aligners.Best of luck.
