I would wait at least 2 weeks but maybe even a little more before proceeding with the micro needling treatment. Give the skin time to heal after the Fraxel series. Remember, it may take up to 6 months to see peak results after Fraxel treatment at least with regards to scars. It takes time for collagen to form and that is why it takes time to see the results.
I usually have my patients wait two weeks between a fraxel and a microneedling treatment. That being said, you may have to wait longer if you have any residual healing (inflammation, redness, flakiness) before doing the microneedling. Adding a treatment during active inflammation can cause more harm than good or delay your overall healing on your most recent treatment. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Microneedling can be performed after fraxel once the skin is totally healed from any possible downtime. Microneedling using PRP works very well for many acne scars, you might need 4-5 sessions. Please make sure the microneedling is performed in a medical setting since it has to be performed much deeper than superficial microneedling for best results.Love Your Skin.

OK, if you have to choose, - perform filler in the PROPER way, ie. place the filler deep. If you need to micro needle, use a 0.5- 1mm needle. If you just want skin hydration and wrinkle reduction and want to do it the expensive way, with a significant cost to gain ratio, place dermal fillers on ...
