I am a male but want boobs, will a fat transfer work?

Question

I was wondering if there was a way to move some fat from one part of my body to my chest to make boobs, or would the fat just move away after a certain amount of time? I know there is silicone and implants but I want my boobs to look as natural as possible.

It is possible to use fat grafting to build a natural appearing breast mound however it depends on the amount of fat you have available and you may require multiple treatments to achieve the size you desire. Another possibility is to use both a combination of implants and fat grafting. An implant will help give you the immediate size and support needed to create the breast mound and layering fat grafting on top will ultimately provide a softer more natural appearance and slope. Thank you for your question. It is possible to augment your breast with fat transfers to feminine them. the limiting factor will be the amount of donor fat you have to create autologous breasts. Assuming you have sufficient fatty tissue to donate and make satisfactory sized breasts, using a brava system prior to autologous augmentation will enhance the final cosmetic outcome of the surgery. The amount of grafted fat that vascularizes and survives can also be enhanced by mixing it with the stromatolites vascular fraction that is processed from some of the harvested fat.
